Anya Lear
Owner/Managing Attorney
With more a dozen years in the legal field, I offer a unique blend of client-focused service and meticulous attention to detail. As a compassionate and dedicated advocate, my goal is to demystify the immigration process, making it as clear and smooth as possible for my clients.
I specialize in immigration law, handling a wide range of matters including family-based petitions, naturalization, asylum and removal defense. I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, which I attended on a tuition scholarship. I have been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2012. I am fluent in both English and Russian.

Anna Sanchez
Legal Assistant
Hi, I'm Anna, a Legal Assistant here at Lear Immigration Law, PC. In my role, I provide essential administrative support, handling scheduling, billing, and clerical tasks to keep our legal practice running smoothly. I manage client intake, ensuring that all initial information is accurately collected and organized to support the attorney in evaluating and starting each case efficiently.
A key part of my work includes client communication, where I serve as a liaison between the attorney and clients, scheduling meetings and gathering relevant background information. In addition, I'm responsible for case management, organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files, including court documents, evidence, and other important records.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Dipolog Medical Center College Foundation, Inc. The values and skills I developed in nursing, such as attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism, have been incredibly valuable and transferable to the legal field.
Outside of work, I enjoy singing, dancing, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

I'm Ian, a legal assistant at Lear Immigration Law, PC, here to support you every step of the way on your immigration journey with us. I'll be your first point of contact, helping you schedule your consultation and guiding you through the intake, onboarding, and case management process. I'm here to guide clients through the immigration process with empathy, clarity, and consistent support. I also oversee our social media presence, creating engaging and informative content to help educate and empower our community with up-to-date immigration resources.
With a background in customer service, administration, and digital content creation, I bring a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every interaction and content I make. My goal is to make clients feel heard, informed, and supported as they work toward building their future.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, journaling, exploring new places, and reflecting on the world around me.

From managing our website and social media to coordinating community outreach and educational content, I'm passionate about making our services accessible and approachable to those who need them.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder. I love combining creativity and strategy to help tell our firm's story and build meaningful relationships with our clients and community.
Outside of work, you can usually find me working out, hiking Colorado's beautiful trails, playing with my dogs, or spending quality time with friends and family.
