With more than a dozen years in the legal field, I offer a unique blend of client-focused service and meticulous attention to detail. As a compassionate and dedicated advocate, my goal is to demystify the immigration process, making it as clear and smooth as possible for my clients.
I specialize in immigration law, handling a wide range of matters including family-based petitions, naturalization, asylum and removal defense. I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, which I attended on a tuition scholarship. I have been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2012. I am fluent in both English and Russian.

My name is Roxana, I have extensive experience as an immigration paralegal, with a primary focus on family-based immigration, naturalization, and immigration court procedures. I pride myself on being highly responsive, organized, and committed to supporting our clients, and I am passionate about advancing the firm's mission to guide individuals and families through complex immigration matters.
I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and I enjoy helping clients feel comfortable and informed by communicating clearly in the language they prefer. I am also a notary, which allows me to assist with notarizing documents when needed as part of a smooth, well-supported client experience.
Born in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and having gone through my own journey to become a Legal Permanent Resident, I bring firsthand understanding of the challenges and emotions that can come with the immigration process.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, teaching Zumba classes, and running my photography business.

With over two decades of professional experience, I provide administrative support for high-stakes processes that require strict regulatory compliance, meticulous documentation, deadline management, and clear human-centered communication with clients and stakeholders. Guided by the firm's core values, I am committed to helping our clients achieve their goals, by delivering excellent client experience grounded in honesty, diligence, and respect.
I hold a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with experience in immigration case management, immigration-related healthcare coordination, and medical and legal interpretation and translation. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I take pride in supporting our clients with analytical rigor, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through, while maintaining professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
In my personal time, I enjoy learning new skills, exercising outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Ian Cuevas

I'm Ian, a legal assistant at Lear Immigration Law, PC, here to support you every step of the way on your immigration journey with us. I'll be your first point of contact, helping you schedule your consultation and guiding you through the intake, onboarding, and case management process. I'm here to guide clients through the immigration process with empathy, clarity, and consistent support. I also oversee our social media presence, creating engaging and informative content to help educate and empower our community with up-to-date immigration resources.
With a background in customer service, administration, and digital content creation, I bring a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every interaction and content I make. My goal is to make clients feel heard, informed, and supported as they work toward building their future.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, journaling, exploring new places, and reflecting on the world around me.
Peter Alman

I'm Peter, the Firm Manager at Lear Immigration Law, PC. I oversee the business operations that help our firm run smoothly while also leading the strategy and implementation of our marketing and communications.
My role allows me to focus on both the behind-the-scenes work that supports our team and the outreach that connects individuals and families to trusted immigration guidance. Whether I'm improving internal systems, helping shape the client experience, or strategizing educational content, my goal is always the same. I want to help as many people as possible and make the immigration process more transparent and straightforward.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder. I enjoy combining strategy and creativity to strengthen the firm's mission and better serve our community. I'm proud of the work we do at Lear Immigration Law, and I'm genuinely excited about the impact we are able to make every day.
Outside of work, you can usually find me working out, hiking Colorado's trails, playing with my dogs, or spending time with friends and family.
