My passion for immigration law is deeply personal. Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, I moved to the United States to attend college. My journey to U.S. citizenship was not without challenges, giving me firsthand insight into the complexities and struggles of dealing with the immigration process.
With more a decade in the legal field, I offer a unique blend of client-focused service and meticulous attention to detail. As a compassionate and dedicated advocate, my goal is to demystify the immigration process, making it as clear and smooth as possible for my clients.
I specialize in immigration law, handling a wide range of matters including family-based petitions, naturalization, asylum and removal defense. I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. As a law student, I was honored with a tuition scholarship. I have been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2012. I am fluent in both English and Russian.
Before establishing Lear Immigration Law, P.C., I gained diverse experience at a Denver boutique oil and gas law firm, an immigration firm in Denver, and by holding clerking positions at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado and the Denver District Court. Prior to starting my legal career, I managed the Eastern European Adoptions Program at an international adoption agency where I assisted families in adopting orphaned children.
I am an active member of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). I regularly volunteer with several organizations aiding low-income individuals requiring immigration legal assistance, including Colorado Lawyers Committee's free legal clinic, Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network, and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington.
When not practicing law, I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, cooking, and cherishing moments with my family and friends.
