Dean’s Green Card Approved After Biometrics Delay

July 2026

A wonderful day celebrating Dean's green card approval with attorney Anya Lear. After patience, perseverance, and careful preparation, Dean (middle) and Brad (right) can now look forward to building their future together with greater peace of mind.

Dean recently received his green card through the marriage-based immigration process, marking an exciting new chapter for him and his husband, Brad. Like many immigration journeys, their case required patience, but the outcome made every step worthwhile.

Their case experienced a delay with the biometrics appointment. Once the notice arrived, however, the process moved forward quickly, and their green card interview was scheduled within approximately two months.

Our team worked closely with Dean and Brad throughout the process, keeping them informed, addressing questions, and helping them navigate each step with confidence.  Dean later shared, “Thank you for always making me feel like a priority and for keeping me optimistic throughout the waiting periods. I am so grateful to have had you in my corner.”

Celebrating Dean's approval was a meaningful reminder that immigration is about more than forms and deadlines. It is about helping families build their future together with confidence and peace of mind.

If you are pursuing a marriage-based green card and want experienced guidance through every step of the process, our team is here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
